The Foreign Area Officers’ Association is proud to host Lieutenant General Hooper at our Association Banquet on May 3, 2018 at 6PM at the Army-Navy Country Club in Arlington. Lieutenant General Hooper is the senior Foreign Area Officer on active duty and comes to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency with over 16 years of Security Cooperation, Security Assistance, and Defense Attaché Experience. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, Harvard University and the US Army War College.
